Charlotte is a Registered Public Health Nutritionist who runs her own Nutrition Consultancy Company – SR Nutrition and specialises in infant, toddler and maternal nutrition as well as weight loss and nutrition in the media.
Work with SR Nutrition involves a wide variety of projects throughout the UK, from delivering training to Health Care Professionals at a national level, to working with big brands and PR companies on product launches and NPD and to delivering local workshops and weight loss clinics for members of the public.
Charlotte’s work with SR Nutrition also involves close links with the media and Charlotte regularly provides quotes and articles for some of the UK’s top magazines and newspapers such as Mother & Baby, Harpers Bazaar, The Metro and the Guardian. Media work has included radio and television appearances, including being the TV Nutritionist on a BBC one series – Food: Truth or Scare, The Saturday Show, ITV news, Channel 4’s Food Unwrapped, Channel 5 News live and a variety of radio channels. Most recently Charlotte was asked to speak on the BBC’s World Service programme about bringing babies up as vegans.
Charlotte is a media spokesperson for the Association for Nutrition, the Nutrition Society and a committee member for SENSE (a membership of freelance dietitians and nutritionists). Charlotte is also a member of the Guild of Health Writers.

Dr Cindy Le Bourgot

After an engineering degree in Food&Health, followed by a research engineer training, she completed her PhD in Nutrition & Health (INRA, France). She is now Nutrition scientist at Tereos, in charge of research programs on fibres, proteins and sweeteners.

Edwina is a Registered Public Health Nutritionist with 14 years experience working in nutrition with the food industry, NHS and local government bodies.
She is Programme Director for the Wellbeing and Nutrition service who are leaders in developing and delivering training for a range of practitioners including early years providers and health care professionals such as health visitors and GP’s.
Having completed a degree in Nutritional Science and a Masters in Public Health Nutrition from University College Cork (UCC), Edwina uses an evidence-based approach to deliver an extensive range of services to support young children and their families to establish healthy eating habits and improve their health outcomes.
As part of the UK All Parliamentary Group on a Fit and Healthy Childhood Edwina regular contributes to group reports which seeks to influence the views of Parliament and the performance of Government to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for families.
She has many years’ experience working with parents and babies from infants to school aged children.

Mathilde Guerville is a Nutritional Scientist working at the R&D Nutrition Department of Lactalis.
She is a dietician-nutritionist specialized in infant nutrition and completed her education with a PhD in nutrition physiology in Rennes.
She manages preclinical and clinical studies on nutrition and health and participates in innovative product development aimed at a number of targets including infants and children. She is also in charge of organising nutrition training program for the Lactalis group.

He has written on key areas of research, policy, legislation and trends impacting the global functional foods and nutritional supplements industries – including issues in R&D and innovation, EFSA health claims, advances in microbiome science, new delivery formats, and partnerships and investments within the industry. Nathan has a degree in Human Biosciences, specialising in exercise nutrition and immunology.

Dr. Ratna Mukherjea is the Technology & Innovation leader for the Human Milk Oligosaccharide (HMO) program at DuPont Nutrition & Health. She has been with DuPont for 9 years leading Nutrition Science and Translation. Prior to joining the organization, she held faculty positions at Children’s Hospital Oakland Research Institute and University of California, Medical Center, in the Department of Endocrinology, Clinical Nutrition and Vascular Medicine with adjunct appointment in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
She is active in several professional organizations and is on the Board of American Society of Nutrition, International Life Sciences Institute (North America), External Advisory Committee for Department of Nutritional Sciences at University of Illinois, Member-at-large, ILSI North America Food, Nutrition and Safety Program (FNSP), and Past President, Soy Nutrition Institute. Ratna received her Doctoral degree in Nutrition at University of Maryland, College Park and completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the Western Human Nutrition Research Center, UC Davis.

Dr Sandra Einerhand is the founder of Einerhand Science & Innovation BV (www.esi4u.nl), a service company providing nutritional solutions to infant formula and other food (ingredient) companies. Since the beginning of this year, she is also a partner of Nutrition Consultants Cooperative.
Before she spent half of her career as Science Program Director and Health & Nutrition Director in different food industries: Danone Nutricia Research (NL) 2011-2015, Tate & Lyle Ingredients (F) 2007-2011 and Lipid Nutrition (NL) 2004-2007.
During the first part of her career (1992-2004) she worked as assistant and later as associate professor (AMC, Amsterdam, NL and ErasmusMC, Rotterdam, NL, respectively) specialized in prevention and treatment of several gastrointestinal diseases and published over 90 articles in peer-reviewed journals. She studied Chemistry in Amsterdam and has a PhD in Life Sciences (1992).
She has more than 10 years of experience in business-oriented research management and (product) innovation in the area of sugars, sugar replacement (high intense sweeteners, prebiotics, fibers, and nutritive sweeteners) and health. Special focus nowadays is on nutrition including sugar (alternatives) in early life and the impact on later life health.

Steen Lyck has been more than 20 years with DuPont in various positions in business development, product management in cultures and probiotics as well as global key account management. Despite primarily commercial roles, Steen Lyck has a strong technical background, with a M.Sc. degree in dairy science and technology at University of Copenhagen, Denmark. He has more than 20 years’ experience in starter cultures, pre- and probiotics as well as dairy application. Steen Lyck lives in Denmark and is based out of DuPont Nutrition BioSciences global technical headquarters in Brabrand.
As Global business development lead for cultures, probiotics and food protection, Steen Lyck is responsible for building up and developing the Human Milk Oligosaccharides (HMO) venture at DuPont Nutrition BioSciences.
